To enable the Commissioner of the Revenue to fully investigate your tax evasion report, we recommend that you provide us with as much information as possible.

Only vehicles with permanent plates should be reported. Do not report vehicles with temporary tags or dealer plates.

If you report a vehicle with out-of-state plates, we will not be able to investigate the case unless you provide a City of Harrisonburg location where the vehicle is normally parked/garaged.
