Harrisonburg Firefighters responded to a 2nd Alarm structure fire at Rockingham Square Shopping Center at 1727 South High St. at 4:06 a.m. Thursday morning. Apparatus responded from the City of Harrisonburg, Hose Co. #4, Bridgewater, Broadway, and McGaheysville. The fire was marked under control at 5:26 a.m. Fire Investigators have ruled arson as the cause of the fire. The fire affected Mr. J's Bagels, VA ABC Store, and New China Restaurant.
