The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed proposals from interested firms (Offeror) to provide water tank engineering services, including inspections and rehab or repair design for all of the City’s elevated and ground water storage tanks. The City currently has 12 water storage tanks in operation. The City will also maintain a long-term tank maintenance program through this RFP. This solicitation is being issued as a competitive negotiation for professional services, in accordance with Virginia Code 2.2-4302.2 A.4. |
