HPD's Traffic Unit is comprised of one Corporal and two officers. The primary responsibility of the Traffic Unit is to promote highway safety through education, prevention, and the enforcement of traffic laws.
The second phase of Geographic Policing for the City of Harrisonburg began on Wednesday, November 13, 2013. New districts are now in effect, providing better response for our community.
