Description:

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed proposals from licensed, qualified firms (Offeror) for the provision of full services of a laboratory and Medical Review Officer (MRO) to provide drug and alcohol testing.

This solicitation is being issued as a competitive negotiation for professional services, in accordance with Virginia Code 2.2-4302.2 A.4.
