The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed proposals from interested firms (Offeror) to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for purchase and implementation of a timekeeping and scheduling system. The solution will expedite employee scheduling, employee timecard reconciliation, and upload employee timecard data to the City’s financial software.
NOTE: It is intended that this RFP shall be for services for the Harrisonburg Department of Public Transportation (HDPT), with the potential for other departments, and possibly all city departments, adopting some or all of the solution at a later date.
