Start Smart Soccer

Start Smart Soccer is a developmentally appropriate introductory soccer program for children 3-4 years old. The program prepares children for organized soccer in a fun, non-threatening environment. Start Smart Soccer prepares children and their parents for organized soccer without the threat of competition or the fear of getting hurt. Age appropriate equipment is used to teach kicking, dribbling, trapping, throw-ins, and agility.  For additional information on this program, call 540-433-9168 or email Courtney.Carawan@harrisonburgva.gov [1].  

• The rate will be $30 for City Residents and $40 for Non-Residents. Registration fee includes participant equipment (cleats are not provided).

U6 Youth Soccer League

Registration has closed for the Fall Season.

This is an introductory league for ages 5-6 (age as of September 1).  Participants will have a mix of practices and games throughout the season. Participants will be placed on teams by the league administrator. The league will be split into a boys and girls division.  Games will be played in a 4v4 format with no goalie.  For additional information on this program, call 540-433-9168.
