The City of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County hosts annual Compost Bin and Rain Barrel Sales.
The 2012 sale will take place on Saturday, March 31, 2012 from 9:00am-3:00pm at the Rockingham County Offices, 20 East Gay Street, Harrisonburg, VA 22802.
