Deputy City Clerk - Pamela Ulmer
The Deputy City Clerk is responsible for attending City Council meetings, recording in the minute book of City Council, keeping a concise and accurate statement of all material proceedings had at such meetings including reference to all ordinances introduces, amounts and purpose of all appropriations, adopted bonds, and resolutions adopted by City Council. The Deputy City Clerk, as the City's official Records Manager, is also responsible for the destruction of city records.
