The HB Access mobile application is available as an Android and iOS mobile application that allows you to book rides on the transit services offered by the City of Harrisonburg. The City provides the App subject to Terms of Use Agreement.

The HB Access Privacy Policy describes how the City of Harrisonburg collects personal information on passengers when accessing and using the HB Access application.

All mobility devices will be properly secured to a vehicle using the installed securement system (four point tie down).

The Harrisonburg Department of Public Transportation (HDPT) does not take responsibility for the items lost on transit buses, school buses, and other revenue and non-revenue vehicles. Passengers are urged to turn over recovered items to the vehicle driver.
