*This event has been cancelled for this year. The Scholarship Superhero Four Miler is a race that raises money for Harrisonburg Parks and Recreation's new community scholarship program. We encourage you to show off your super speed and come to this race dressed as your favorite superhero!

The Fit and Strong! program is a multi-component physical activity and behavior-change program that teaches sedentary adults with joint pain and stiffness how to engage in safe and effective exercise!
