Appeal 2024 Real Estate Assessment Notice - Final deadline to file appeal is December 15, 2023.

Personal Property Taxes Due - The City of Harrisonburg levies a personal property tax on all taxable tangible personal property located in the City.

Residential parking permits are valid from July 1 to June 30 of the following year of purchase.

Individuals owning a dog within the City of Harrisonburg are required to obtain a dog license for each dog he/she owns pursuant Section 15-2-8 of the Harrisonburg City Code.
