The Public Meeting for the Stormwater Improvement Plan will be held in City Council Chambers at 409 S Main St, Harrisonburg, VA 22801.
East Washington Street is on the City’s 2017 paving schedule, and new pavement markings will be put down after repaving operations are completed.
